Chi-Mao Wang - Taiwan
Aberystwyth Ambassadorial Scholar 2010 - 2011

Chi-Mao, aka Simon, was the 2010 - 2011 Foundation Ambassadorial Scholar for the South Wales District 1150 of RIBI , sponsored by the Rotary Club of Shihlin, District 3250, Taiwan. The scholarhip provided funding for one year post graduate study in the Institute of Geography & Earth Sciences (IGES), Aberystwyth University, on a Masters post-graduate scheme which was subsequently converted to one year of a Doctorate research programme. Chi-Mao was awarded a Masters degree in 2005 by the National Taiwan University, Taipei. Chi-Mao was acompanied by his wife, Chien-Ker-Hsuan, aka Ashley.
