Welcome to the web site of the Rotary club of Aberystwyth on the West coast of Wales

 

The Rotary club of Aberystwyth is part of the worldwide organisation of Rotary International There are some 1.23 million Rotarians in 31,000 clubs across the world, helping those in need and working towards world understanding and peace. Its a fulfilling role.

 

The club meets on most Tuesdays throughout the year, in the Marine Hotel, North Promenade, Aberystwyth. The normal meeting time is 12.50 - 2.00 pm, with an evening meeting with partners, at 7.30 pm on the 5th Tuesday of the month. The Aberystwyth club is made up of male and female members of 47 people from  Aberystwyth and the surrounding area, representing a wide range of occupations, professions and backgrounds.

 

All the activities in the club are organised through a series of committees, with all members taking an active role in the local and international community, fund raising and social events. Committee membership changes each year allowing all Rotarians an opportunity to apply their experience and knowledge in different fields.
